1. Scope of applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all contractual agreements concluded via our online-shop
2. Contracting party, contract closing
The purchase agreement is entered into with Curry Premium Wines OHG. The description of the products available in the online-shop does not represent a legally binding offer but a fully maintained online catalogue reflecting current status. You can put our products into the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the corrective aids provided and explained in the order process. By clicking on the order button, you place a binding order of the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be made by e-mail immediately after sending the order. The conclusion of the contract is dependent on the payment method you have chosen:
Credit card By placing the order, you also provide us with your credit card details at the same time. Once you have been validated as a legitimate cardholder, we will instruct your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction and accept your order.
PayPal, PayPal Express During the order process you will be redirected to the PayPal website, where you can enter your payment details and confirm the payment order with PayPal. After placing the order in the shop, we instruct PayPal to initiate the payment transaction and thereby accept your order.
3. Contract language, contract text record
he available contract language is German. We save the contract text and send you the order data as well our terms and conditions by e-mail. The contract text is no longer accessible online for security reasons.
4. Shipping
Shipping costs are added in addition to the product prices quoted. You can refer to the products page for more information on shipping costs. We only deliver in transit. Unfortunately, a self-collection option is not available.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are available in our shop: Advanced payment If you choose payment in advance as method of payment, we will send you our banking details in a separate email and will deliver the goods once the payment is processed. Credit Card By placing the order, you also provide us with your credit card details at the same time. Once you have been validated as a legitimate cardholder, we will instruct your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction and accept your order. The payment transaction is automatically undertaken by the credit card company and charged to your card. PayPal, PayPal Express During the order process you will be redirected to the PayPal website, where you can enter your payment details and confirm the payment order with PayPal. To make a payment via PayPal you must be registered as a user or sign up and follow the registration process. Once your account is activated you can confirm the payment with us. After placing the order in the shop, we instruct PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately thereafter. Further information will be provided during the ordering process. Instant payment After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH. In order to make an immediate payment, you will need to have an online banking account with PIN / TAN security activated to make use of Sofort. Once your account is activated you can confirm the payment order with us. Further information will be provided during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be executed immediately, and your account will be debited. Invoice (valid only from the second order) The purchase amount is transferred to our bank account upon receipt of the goods and invoice. We reserve the right to authorize the purchase on account only after a successful credit check.
6. Reservation of ownership
Goods remain property of Curry Premium Wines until payment has been received.
7. Warranty and guarantees
The statutory right of liability for defects applies. Information on any applicable additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found in the product and special information pages in the online shop.
8. Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), available here https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obligated and unwilling to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
9. Child and Youth Protection
If your order includes goods which are subject to age restrictions, we will ensure that the customer has attained the required minimum age by using a reliable procedure involving a personal identity and age check. The seller only delivers the goods upon successful age confirmation and directly to the customer in person.
All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs.
