Stellenzicht Thunderstone Rosé 2023

The grapes were harvested in the early morning hours and pressed directly on the whole bunch upon arrival in the cellar. The resulting juice was transferred to stainless steel tanks at a cool controlled temperature, where it first rested for 24 hours. The juice was then skimmed of the sediment and selected yeasts were added to start fermentation. Once fermentation was complete, the wine was transferred to old oak barrels where it aged for four months before being scooped off the lees, prudently blended and bottled.
