Peter Falke PF Sauvignon Blanc 2023

To "capture" the essence of the terroir in the wine is the philosophy behind Peter Falke's wines. This art begins with the careful selection of the grapes by hand. Once in the cellar, the true and authentic character of the grape variety is carefully released through natural and minimalist production methods. The juice had 6 hours of skin contact in order to extract the aromas optimally. After it had settled, the clear juice was added to "Vin 7" yeasts in stainless steel tanks and fermented. This Sauvignon Blanc then matured on the fine yeast for another 2-3 months to transfer even more complexity to the wine.
