Mullineux Kloof Street Swartland Rouge 2021

The grapes were harvested by hand and on arrival at the winery were cooled, destemmed and crushed. The spontaneous fermentation began after about 4 days and lasted 4 - 6 weeks at temperatures of max. 28C. Once fermentation was complete, the wine was matured in French oak for 11 months and, after blending the different grape varieties, rested in steel tanks for a further 12 months before bottling.
