The glamorous Morgenhof Estate Winery is located just outside Stellenbosch on the slopes of Simonsberg Mountain. This area is famous for the high quality of its vines and the distinctive terroir is reflected in the character of Morgenhof's outstanding wines.

The history of Morgenhof Estate can be traced back to 1692. Today's owner is Anne Cointreau (from the famous French cognac and liqueur family). 74 hectares of Morgenhof's 212 hectares are planted with vines, which produce about 35000 cases of wine per year. Morgenhof's dedication and passion for producing first-class quality wines is reflected in every single step of the process, from the vineyard to the finished wine in the bottle.
