Luddite Saboteur is a garnet red wine with purple edges. It smells of red and dark fruit, fynbos and shrubs, spice mixtures and a hint of toasted. Treatment in the cellar

The Cabernet Sauvignon, Mourvèdre and Cabernet Franc grapes were fermented individually in open fermenters and the mash was regularly crushed by hand.
