The grape material for Kershaw Deconstructed Chardonnay CY96 comes from the cool Elgin region of the Western Cape, also known as the Lake District. The grapes were hand-picked in the early, cool autumn morning hours and immediately transported in small baskets to the press, where the berries were gently pressed all over the bunch.
