The grapes for this exciting cuvée were crushed separately by grape variety first in plastic bags, where the alcoholic fermentation reached its full conclusion. The mash was then pressed in the traditional basket press and the wine, which drained freely in the process, was put into 225-liter French oak barrels, where it was allowed to age for 14-16 months. Upon completion of aging, the wines were blended, lightly filtered and bottled.
