The latter are offered in both dry and sweet style, wooded or unwooded, and bear names such as Sauvignon Blanc No 2, Sauvignon Blanc No 3, Sauvignon Blanc No 5, etc. The only single varietal red wine of the winery, made from 100% Cabernet Franc, is the appropriately named Swartskaap ('black sheep').
