3. Data transfer

For fulfillment of the contract pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b DSGVO we pass on your data to the shipping company responsible for the delivery, as far as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods. Depending on the payment service provider you select in the order process, we will forward the collected payment data to the credit institution commissioned with the payment and/or any payment service or payment service provider commissioned to process the payments. Partly, the selected payment service providers also collect this data themselves, provided that you create an account there. In this case, you must sign in to your account at the payment service provider with your access data during the order process. • according to Art. 15 DSGVO, the right to demand information about your personal data processed by us in the scope specified there;
• in accordance with Art. 16 DSGVO, the right to demand immediate correction of incorrect or complete personal data stored with us;
• according to Art. 17 DSGVO the right to demand the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless the further processing is required

- to fulfil a legal obligation;
- for reasons of public interest or
- to assert, exercise or defend legal claims;
