Treatment in the cellar

The Cecilia Chenin Blanc was made from grapes of old bush vines planted in Piekenierskloof in 1962. The grape good was handpicked and stored at a regulated temperature of below 10° in the cold room of the winery before being crushed and the free-running juice was directed into tanks.
